About Mission Body Fit

Founded in 2015 by Kriss and David, Mission Body Fit has grown into a trusted fitness community serving women across North London, Central London, and nearby areas. With decades of experience, our focus is on helping every client achieve lasting results through expert guidance, consistency, and motivation. We've built a space where health, confidence, and progress go hand in hand — a supportive environment for every stage of your fitness journey. We are opening a new gym in mid-November. We're levelling up with a £50k investment to create a modern, empowering fitness space featuring state-of-the-art equipment, expert coaching, and a supportive community.
