Small class sizes allow personal attention, and our female-focused environment makes every participant feel supported and encouraged. Strength & Conditioning Workouts

Mother & Baby Classes (Coming Soon)
Our Mother and Baby classes are tailored for new mums looking to regain strength and confidence without worrying about childcare. Gentle yet effective exercises focus on postnatal recovery, mobility, and bonding with your little one. The supportive environment helps you ease back into fitness while connecting with other mothers on a similar journey. Classes are small to ensure personalised attention and proper form, allowing both you and your baby to benefit from a safe and enjoyable session.

StrongHer Workout: Comprehensive Strength & Nutrition Plan
The StrongHer Workout by Mission Body Fit is a complete programme designed to help you unlock your true self through structured training and nutrition. It includes four personalised strength sessions per week, led by certified personal trainers, alongside 14 protein-based meals to support sustainable, long-term habits. Participants also receive a family-friendly nutrition plan and full access to the Mission BodyFit app for additional workouts and guidance. Every third week, a full-body assessment measures muscle mass, bone density, water retention, and body fat percentage, ensuring your progress is tracked accurately. Transform your fitness journey with a plan that's effective, convenient, and results-driven.
MissionBodyFit is run by Krissi. Her extraordinary belief in keeping our bodies strong and healthy is at the centre of her thinking. Everyone is made to feel completely welcome, whatever your level of fitness. She will work with you individually whatever you need. It is very uplifting & huge fun ... & her dreadful singing accompanies you all the way !!!!!!
