This plan includes four personalised workout sessions per week, all led by a certified personal trainer.
You'll receive a gift of 14 protein-based meals each week to help you build sustainable habits in the long term. Additionally, you'll get a family-friendly nutrition plan and free access to our nutrition and workout app. Plus, every third week, we do a full body reading to measure muscle mass, bone density, water retention, and body fat percentage.
