From 1:1 sessions to small group personal training, Kriss and David provide structured programmes focused on fast, measurable results. Workout Plan

-Full Body Reading Every 3rd Week (includes muscle mass, bone density, water tension and % body fat)​

This plan features four strength training sessions per week, designed to help you build muscle and boost strength. You'll also get access to our Mission BodyFit app, which includes additional workouts and a family-friendly nutrition plan. Every third week, we conduct a full body reading to measure muscle mass, bone density, water retention, and body fat percentage.

-Focused 60-minute training session with a PT.

Each session begins with a comprehensive body orientation measurement, where we assess your muscle mass, water retention, bone density, and overall body composition. Following that, you'll participate in a focused 60-minute training session.

Small Group and Individual Sessions

Choose the training style that suits you. Our 1:1 personal training offers dedicated focus and accountability, while small group sessions let you train with friends or like-minded members in a supportive environment. Every programme is designed to complement your nutrition plan and personal objectives, ensuring consistent progress. By combining motivation, structure, and expert guidance, you'll enjoy a training experience that's both engaging and effective. Members often pair this with nutrition plans for maximum results.
